	Our villas are constructed in compliance with earthquake regulations, with mat foundations and under the supervision of a building control company 
	All outside walls are constructed with double walls with Styrofoam in between for insulation 
	The balcony railings will be of chrome or aluminium, with glass, as in the show villa 
	PVC Winsa brand outside doors and windows with dual opening functions and double glazing are to be installed. The windows will have roller mosquito screens and the doors sliding mosquito screens; the living room and large bedroom will have fully opening sliding doors 
	The front and back facades of the ground floors of the villas will be clad with natural stone 
	The outside walls will be painted with top quality Polisan Ekselans brand silicone- based paint which carries the (TSE) Turkish Standards Institution certification. 
	All villas will have outside wall cladding 
	All villas will have their own (double dish) satellite systems 
	All villas will have camera systems and entry phones 
	There will be a 70 ton water depot and water will be provided to the villas by a water pump system 
	The project comprises the following social facilities, all of which will be carefully constructed using top quality materials: swimming pool; children’s swimming pool; terrace for sunbathing, fitness salon; sauna; shower, wc and washbasins
	Entrances and staircases will be of granite (this specification can be changed on request) 
	All villas will have alarm systems 
	The park and green areas on the estate will be completed by the contractor 
	There will be boundary walls for the protection of the estate as shown on the layout (or similar) 
	The roofs of all villas will be fully insulated with natural-coloured shingle roof covering and galvanised gutters 
	There will be a closed pantry on the terrace of each villa 
	There will be a closed storage cupboard under the stairs in the living rooms in the villa
	There will be built-in wardrobes in the guest room of  the  villas
	The estate will comprise an open car park and a camera security system 
	The entrance to the site with remote controlled security gate
