The Finca was built in 1755 and is listed as an historic farmhouse. The center of the building is a comfortable court under lemmontries.
There is a new trend in Sicily: the name “Agritourismo”... it means, that the landowner manufactures biolocic products like olive oil, citrus fruits, juice, grappa, limoncello, cheese... This foundations supported by the Italian goverment with a very interesting financial donation. It also allowes appartements and a trattoria. Mostly these propertys are located in the countryside – but our object is very close to the ocean with a fantastic view.
A famous architect from Palermo already created the first designs for rebuilding the finca and established a pool. The ground on this hill is totally agricultural but the landowner has the permission for the restauration.
