I am selling a plot of land of approx. 1,000 m2 in Greece, near the sea, in a very good location. The beach is about 3 minutes walk away (see photos).
The plot is located south of Thessaloniki on the middle finger of Chalkidiki, Sithonia, near Sikia (beach). It is very quiet and peaceful as the region is separated from the north by a large nature reserve (green, hilly forest!). The region is only accessible via two coastal roads. Nevertheless, the infrastructure here is very good.
Sikia Beach/Pigadaki is located between the two leading holiday resorts (Sarti and Kalamitsi) and it is only a matter of time before property and land prices here reach the level of Sarti (5-10 times higher). It is therefore also a very profitable investment.
Greece's tourism figures have risen considerably this year and have now reached record levels. The country is one of the best holiday destinations in Europe.
The property currently has an old 8 metre caravan (e.g. as a tool shed, but also good for living - 2 living areas, kitchen, bathroom etc.) with solar power, a fence, a drilled water well (with pump), a large underground septic tank, some young fruit trees and electricity poles (behind the fence) for power connection. Mobile phone reception is very good.
A tarmac road runs alongside the property in the direction of the beach. Opposite, behind and beyond the road, there are no neighbours with houses yet. There are other holiday homes to the left and right (along the road) (see Google Maps).
The plot is slightly higher than the surrounding plots (0.5 metres) and is therefore completely dry (even in heavy rain).
If you stand at the very end of the plot, you can see the sea. This means that if you build the 1st or 2nd floor, you will have a great view of the sea and Mount Athos.
The building licence is in process, but already now you can build a small weekend house on the plot without foundation and basement.
