The house was built in 1986, after the great earthquake and has an anti-seismic construction. The kitchen is renovated with a new built-in oven and a new hood (used for 1 year).

-2 lofts (a large loft in the main hall and a small one in the children's room)
-a large bathroom and a WC (the main bathroom, and the children's WC which has not been built)
